Terms of Service

JuntoRouter is a unified LLM API gateway that routes requests to multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). We provide API access, usage tracking, team management, and billing services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security, or exploit vulnerabilities.

Intentionally overload the service or circumvent rate limits.

Resell API access without authorization.

JuntoRouter uses a point-based credit system. Credits are purchased or allocated by administrators. Usage costs are deducted from your credit balance. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refund formula: Refund = Remaining paid J-coin value × (1 − admin fee %)

Admin fee: gateway (~2%) + processing labor (~13%) = 15% total

Paid J coins are consumed before bonus J coins

Bonus J coins cannot be refunded as cash

Refunds return via the original payment method, completed within 14 days after we confirm your request

Per Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, users have the right to cancel and request refund of unused paid J coins

J-coin top-ups fall within Article 2(2) of Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Distance-Selling Right of Withdrawal — namely, 'digital content not delivered via tangible media, or online services completed upon delivery, with consumer consent to begin'. Pursuant to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, by checking this box and completing payment you consent to begin consumption; the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Coupon J-coin grants are non-refundable to cash and are excluded from the refund policy.

Coupons may only be redeemed within the active window; expired or disabled coupons cannot be used.

Per-user redemption is limited per coupon; the service reserves the right to modify or disable coupons at any time.

Coupons are bound to their issued purpose and may not be transferred or traded on any secondary market.

The JuntoRouter service, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property. Content generated through the API belongs to you, subject to the respective LLM provider's terms.

JuntoRouter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
