Yes. Per Taiwan consumer protection law (任意終止權), you may request a refund of unused paid J coins at any time.

FIFO consumption order: paid J coins → coupon-issued → bonus. Formula: refundable = unused paid NT$ × (1 − 15% admin fee). Admin fee = 2% gateway + 13% processing labor.

No. Platform-gifted, campaign-bonus, and coupon-bonus J coins are not refundable as cash. Only paid J coins are refundable.
